At Baseline Skate Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that skated decks or worn apparel cannot be accepted for return due to safety and hygiene standards.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
